Living far from home is hard. Living far from hom

Living far from home is hard.

Living far from home and living in my purpose is hard.

Living far from home and living in my purpose as a Psychic Medium is hard af.

I’ve been called a fraud, a scheming liar and what I do is not real.

I’ve doubted myself.

I’ve wanted to give up.

I’ve wondered why I’m called to such a difficult path.

But then Spirit sends me another Angel in human form and I know I am called to do hard things that people won’t understand.

This soul reassures my darkest fears and helps me see through others and to harness spiritual strength.

I am so grateful for Spirit sending me souls that cross my path just when I need them.

This journey is not for the weak, nor is it for seekers who are lost. It for people who are divinely guided and I am here for it.

Things that matter are brutally difficult….but always worth it.

Why? 1: because what I ‘do’ is outside of the box. And we all need to be put in a so-called box.

I’m a Psychic Medium and my spiritual journey began years ago.

But it took me a while to get here. To even acknowledge the words, to say it much less write it down means that I had to accept it, accept myself.

Acceptance.

2: because Mediumship is often misunderstood.

But at its core, it’s about bridging the gap between the physical and spiritual planes to facilitate communication and understanding.

It’s not about mysticism or magic, but about love and connection.

Spirit communication is a unique way to reunite with loved ones who have passed on, offering comfort, guidance, and healing.

It’s about finding closure and peace in the knowledge that our departed loved ones are still with us, watching over us with love and support.

Spirituality is a fundamental aspect of our everyday lives, guiding us on our journey of self-discovery and growth.

As a spiritual person, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the healing power of spirit communication firsthand.

It’s not just about delivering messages from the other side, but about cultivating connection, healing, and illuminating the path forward.

I can feel myself shifting from ‘professional’ to more ‘spiritual.’

So, “I may lose you,” and I’m ok with it.

I wish you only light and love. 
Remember that it’s nothing is ever an ending, but a new beginning.

I’m considered ‘unemployed.’

I stopped the frustrating soul-sucking work of job seeking.

I’ve been working on myself and my purpose for years.

Now I’m focusing on honing my gifts.

I’m moving toward a new goal:

Entrepreneurship

Here are some things that I do daily now:

🐶 Walk Milo
🧘🏽‍♀️ Meditation
🖋 Journaling
🏃🏽‍♀️ Running practice
🚲 Biking is the norm
💸 Shop to keep the kids happy
👩🏽‍🍳 Cook most meals from scratch
🎙 Chat on the Naetif Jen Podcast
🦄 Psychic Medium Readings for Clients
👩🏽‍💻 Social Media Marketing for Biz Clients

Oh, and I’m a Mom and wife.

All of this is possible because I am living in my purpose (finally)

👉🏽 It is the freedom to make my own schedule

👉🏽 To stay off from my computer on weekends.

👉🏽 It is about letting go of what I thought I needed to be to living in my truth.

Whether you are in the corporate world, an entrepreneur, or anything in between, I hope you are being true to yourself.

Life is so much easier when you enjoy what you do.

* Left Alaska to live abroad
* Followed my intuition
* Created boundaries
* Lived in Greenland
* Healed sh*t
* Evolved
* Loved
* Lived

There is nothing wrong with staying where you are, where you grew up, or staying in a place that you love and know.

But if you are not growing, changing, evolving, and striving for better, then you are comfortable.

There is nothing wrong with this.

I am comfortable with eating pasta.

But there is a difference between comfort food and being so comfortable in your life that you become complacent.

When you get comfortable, you settle for things that you never would have before.

When you are comfortable you stay in that house, that job, that everything because you think that it would be too hard to start over because you’re too old, too set your ways, too settled, too everything.

you got comfortable.

Life may be a bit stagnant, feeling as if you’re missing something, or like you are searching for something and you are not sure what it is.

As someone who was always striving for more, I was always looking ahead, searching, trying new things, and risking the unknown.

If I stayed comfortable I wouldn’t have learned how to be my authentic self.

Showing up as I am.

I am.

Growing up I hated my hair in braids. It never fel

Growing up I hated my hair in braids. It never felt right and I always got teased for it. It was only when I ran or worked out that braids became more ‘functional.’ And then function became lifestyle because it was easy to get out of my face and the weight of it didn’t hurt my head (like a ponytail). But in one of my darkest moments as a mom of two babies, I was struggling and a voice stated clear as day, ‘Braid your hair, let them see you braid it and let them touch it.’ And I put my crying babies down, breathed through my tears and braided my hair as I sat on the floor with two of my little native babies staring at me. They stopped crying, they were instantly interested in what I was doing. As I did one braid, I let them touch it. They wove their little hands around my braid over and over as if willing all my sadness and pain away. When I was finished, they held my braids in each of their hands while I carried them. It was as if the very act of braiding my hair was a ceremony of calming all of us. Since then it is like a form of meditation for me to braid my hair. It’s an act of decolonization, a self confidence and awareness that I am still here. That my ancestors walk with me and that I honor them with every twist and collective weave. It is not only my beauty that I’m finally proud of but also my love letter to my past and my future.
