The Jen Jul Podcast went quiet for a while.
Not because I ran out of things to say. Not because I got bored or lost interest. But because I was figuring out what I actually wanted to say.
And now I know.
If you’ve been following along, you might have noticed the silence. The episodes stopped. The updates disappeared. And if you’re someone who’s ever started something, paused it, and wondered if you should bring it back, this post is for you.
Because here’s what I learned: sometimes you have to pause to remember why you started.
But now I am dusting off the Jen Jul Podcast and relaunching it all.
Let’s be honest. I didn’t plan to take a break.
When I first launched The Jen Jul Podcast (formerly The Naetif Jen Podcast), I was excited. I had stories to tell, amazing guests to interview, and a vision for what the show could be. But somewhere along the way, I started feeling the pressure to be something I wasn’t.
You know the pressure I’m talking about. The one that says your podcast needs to fit into a neat category. That you need to pick one lane and stay in it. That your show should be about business OR spirituality OR life abroad OR motherhood, but never all of them at once.
I tried to niche down. I really did. But every time I tried to squeeze myself into one box, I felt like I was cutting off a limb.
Because here’s the truth: I’m not one thing.
I’m an Indigenous mom navigating life in Denmark. I’m a former corporate executive who couldn’t find work and had to build my own thing. I’m an intuitive entrepreneur who reads energy and builds systems. I’m spiritual, a business strategist, a foodie, and a podcast host who’d rather watch paint dry than edit my episodes.
And for the longest time, I thought that was a problem.
So I paused. Not because I wanted to, but because I needed to figure out how to show up as all of who I am without apologizing for it.
Here’s what happened while the podcast was on pause: I stopped trying to be what I thought a podcast “should” be or what I SHOULD BE.
I stopped worrying about whether my topics were cohesive enough or if my episodes fit into a neat marketing strategy. I stopped second-guessing whether people would understand why I talk about spiritual guidance one week and business automation the next.
Instead, I started asking myself a different question: What would this podcast look like if I showed up completely whole?
Not as the “spiritual” version of Jen or the “business” version of Jen, but as the integrated version. The one who knows that strategy and spirit aren’t opposites. The one who believes you can read Tarot cards and run a profitable business. The one who thinks ancestral wisdom and automation can coexist.
That’s when everything clicked.
Because the podcast was never supposed to be one thing. It was supposed to be a reflection of what I actually do in my work: bridge the gap between worlds that were never meant to be separate.
For years, I lived in separation.
In my corporate life, I hid my spiritual gifts. You don’t exactly lead with “I’m a medium” on LinkedIn or in executive boardrooms. So I learned to code-switch. To be the strategic, data-driven leader they expected while quietly ignoring the intuitive hits that were almost always right.
Then, when I moved to Denmark and couldn’t find work despite my qualifications, I was forced to build something of my own. And even then, I kept things separate. The business strategy work over here. The spiritual guidance over there.
But my clients kept asking for both.
They didn’t want just the systems. They wanted to know what was energetically blocking them. They didn’t want just the spiritual insight. They wanted the practical steps to move forward.
And that’s when I realized: integration is the actual work.
The podcast relaunch reflects that. No more separating the parts of me that were always meant to work together. No more pretending that business is just about strategy or that spirituality is just about meditation and intuition.
This is about showing up whole. And inviting you to do the same.
So what does the relaunched podcast actually look like?
Real talk, fewer filters, more truth. I’m done with the polished, overly produced version of podcasting. You’re getting me, unfiltered. The awkward moments, the tangents about food, the occasional swearing when I’m excited. All of it.
Topics that matter, not topics that trend. We’re diving into life abroad, multi-passionate entrepreneurship, spirituality and business, motherhood, Indigenous wisdom, systems that actually work, and whatever else feels relevant. If it matters to me, we’re talking about it.
Interviews with interesting people doing interesting things. I’ve had incredible guests like Aviaja Rakel, Ayyu Qassataq, and Yaari Walker. We’re bringing that energy back. Real people, real stories, real impact.
Conversations that bridge worlds. This podcast is for the creatives who need strategy. The intuitives who need structure. The multi-passionate humans who are tired of choosing. If you’ve ever felt like you’re living in two separate worlds, this is your space.
Episodes that respect your time. I’m not here to waste your time with filler. Episodes will be as long as they need to be and not a minute longer. Some will be 20 minutes. Some will be an hour. All of them will be worth listening to.
Timing matters.
The website is up. The clarity is here. And I’m finally ready to stop hiding.
For months, I’ve been building behind the scenes. Creating offerings that reflect the integration I’ve been talking about. Designing a business that honors both the practical and the profound. Getting clear on who I’m here to serve and how I actually want to show up.
And part of that showing up is bringing back the podcast.
Because there are conversations that need to happen. Stories that need to be told. And people who need to hear that it’s okay to be multi-faceted, multi-passionate, and multi-dimensional.
You don’t have to fit in a box. And neither does this podcast.
If you’ve been waiting for permission to show up as all of who you are, consider this it.
If you’ve been struggling to niche down because it feels like you’re cutting off parts of yourself, you’re not alone.
If you’ve been looking for a space where spirituality and strategy coexist, where business and soul aren’t enemies, where you can be fully human without apologizing for it, welcome home.
This podcast is for you.
It’s for the multi-passionate creatives who are tired of being told to pick one thing. It’s for the intuitives who also love spreadsheets. It’s for the entrepreneurs building something meaningful without sacrificing their values. It’s for anyone who’s ever felt like they’re winging it through life and rethinking their choices daily.
You’re in good company here.

Pausing the podcast was one of the best decisions I made.
Not because I needed a break, but because I needed clarity. I needed to stop trying to fit into someone else’s idea of what a podcast should be and start creating something that actually reflects who I am.
And now, I’m ready.
The Jen Jul Podcast is back. Not because I figured it all out, but because I stopped trying to. Not because I have all the answers, but because I’m willing to ask better questions.
If you’ve been on the fence about starting something, restarting something, or just showing up as your full self, let this be your sign.
The world doesn’t need another perfect podcast. It needs your voice.
So let’s do this. Together.
